Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to the 1-on-1 strategy session offered by BRIDAL MUAs at a fee of ₹37. Please read this before making a purchase.

General Policy

Since the session is priced at ₹37 and significant preparation work (portfolio review, business audit) begins immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once payment is made. However, we handle every situation on a case-by-case basis and always aim to be fair.

If You Want to Cancel

If you change your mind after paying, reach out to us as soon as possible. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review your request and decide at our discretion. The sooner you contact us (ideally before we've reached out to schedule the call), the better your chances of a resolution.

If You Miss the Session

If you don't show up for the scheduled call without prior notice, the session is considered used and no refund or reschedule will be offered. If something urgent comes up, please contact us before the session time — we'll try our best to accommodate.

If We Cancel or Can't Deliver

If for any reason we're unable to conduct the session on our end, we'll reach out to reschedule at a time that works for you. If rescheduling isn't possible, we'll issue a full refund of ₹37. This is the only scenario where a refund is guaranteed.

Refund Processing

Any approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days to reflect. We have no control over how long your bank takes to process it on their end.

Disputes

If you have a concern about your payment or the service, please write to us first. We prefer to sort things out directly and will always try to find a fair resolution before things escalate.
